In this guide, you will learn how to buy SMS credits and set up auto top-up for seamless message sending in Movermate CRM. This feature helps you ensure that your credits never run out and you can send scheduled or recurring messages without interruption.
Access SMS Credits Settings
Log in to your Movermate CRM account.
Navigate to the Settings menu in the left sidebar.
Under the General section, click on SMS Credits.
Enter Credits to Purchase
On the Buy SMS Credits page, enter the number of credits you wish to purchase.
1 Credit = 1 SMS at 8 cents per SMS.
Enter the desired number of credits in the field labelled Enter Credits.
Enable Auto Top-Up (Optional)
If you want to ensure your balance is always sufficient for sending scheduled or recurring messages, you can enable auto top-up:
Toggle the Auto top-up option to On.
Set the threshold for when your balance falls below a certain level (e.g., 20 credits).
Specify how many credits you want to add automatically when the balance drops below this threshold (e.g., 100 credits).
Review the Top-Up Summary
The system will display a summary of the amount, GST, credit card surcharge, and the total payment for the top-up:
Amount: The amount being charged.
GST: The GST on the purchase (e.g., 10%).
Credit Card Surcharge: Additional charges for using a credit card (e.g., 2.5%).
Payment Total: The total amount after the surcharge.
Enter Card Details
Provide your Cardholder Name.
Enter the Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVC.
Review the payment details and click Pay Now to complete the purchase.
Confirm the Transaction
After successfully processing the payment, your credits will be updated, and the auto top-up feature will ensure that your balance is managed efficiently.
This feature helps streamline communication through SMS, making it easier to stay in touch with clients and manage recurring notifications.
