Managing System Roles & Permissions in Movermate

Updated yesterday

System Roles in Movermate give you full control over what your team can see and do within the platform. By assigning the right permissions to each role, you can protect sensitive information, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure everyone has access only to what they need.

Access Roles & Permissions

Go to Settings in your Movermate dashboard

Select System Roles under Roles & Permissions

You’ll see a list of existing roles (such as Admin or Lead) along with their current access levels.

Create a New System Role

  1. Click + Add Role

  2. Enter a Role Name (e.g. Sales, Operations, Finance)

  3. Add a Role Description that clearly outlines the responsibilities
Example: “Manages leads and customer communications.”
