Aircall SMS Integration in Movermate

Overview — With this integration you can:

  • Send SMS messages to customers

  • Receive customer replies

  • Sync Aircall phone numbers

  • Manage SMS conversations inside Movermate

Important Note: Aircall SMS functionality is available only on supported Aircall Professional plans. Please make sure your Aircall account includes SMS support before connecting it with Movermate.

Step 1 — Connect Aircall

  1. Log in to Movermate

  2. Go to Settings›App Integrations

  3. Find the Aircall integration card

  4. Toggle the switch ON

  5. A dialog will appear — click Allow Access

  6. You will be redirected to Aircall — sign in and authorize the connection

  7. Click Authorize

  8. After approving, you will be redirected back to Movermate — the Aircall card will show as connected.


Step 2 — Sync Numbers

  1. On the Aircall integration card, click Sync Numbers

  2. You will be taken to a number selection page — click + Add numbers

  3. Select the numbers you want to use (a green check will appear on selected numbers)

  4. Click Confirm

  5. Your selected numbers will now appear in the list — click Add numbers to save

  6. Your Aircall numbers are now synced and available for SMS messaging inside Movermate.

Step 3 — Send SMS to Customers

Once connected and synced, you can send SMS messages directly from Movermate.

Send SMS from Activity Logs

  1. Open any Lead or Job

  2. Go to the Activity Logs tab

  3. Click the Message button

  4. Select:

    • SMS From — your Aircall number

    • SMS To — the customer's phone number

    • Template (optional)

  5. Type your message and click Send

All sent messages and customer replies will appear in the activity logs.


View SMS Conversations

  1. Go to Communication›Text Messages

  2. View all SMS conversations in one place

  3. Open any conversation to read incoming messages, send replies, and track message history.


Disconnect Aircall

  1. Go to Settings›App Integrations

  2. Find the Aircall integration

  3. Toggle the switch OFF

  4. Confirm the disconnection
