Dialpad Calling Integration with MoverMate

The Dialpad integration in MoverMate allows your team to make and manage calls directly from the CRM while automatically tracking all communication activity against leads and jobs.

This helps removalist companies centralise communication, improve team visibility, and reduce manual admin work.


Make Calls Directly from MoverMate

Once Dialpad is connected, users can place calls directly from within MoverMate using the built-in call button located in the top-right corner of the platform.

This allows your office staff and sales team to:

  • Instantly call leads and customers

  • Avoid manually dialling phone numbers

  • Work directly from the CRM

  • Speed up follow-ups and booking confirmations

The integration creates a much faster and smoother communication workflow for day-to-day operations.


How to Enable Dialpad Integration

Follow the steps below to connect Dialpad with MoverMate:

Step 1: Open Settings

From the left-hand menu, go to:

Settings → Apps Integration

Step 2: Locate Dialpad

Scroll down until you see the Dialpad Integration card.

Step 3: Enable the Integration

Turn the toggle ON to activate the integration.

Step 4: Sync Your Numbers

Click on the Sync Numbers button.

This will connect your Dialpad numbers with MoverMate.


How You’ll See the Calling Feature

Once the integration is enabled successfully:

Step 1: Open Any Lead or Job

Step 2: Locate the Call Icon

At the top-right corner of the screen, you will see the phone/call icon.

Clicking this button allows you to start calling directly from the CRM.



Step 3: Enable Options Inside the Dialpad Dialogue

Once the integration is connected and you click the call icon, the Dialpad dialogue/window will appear.

From there, ensure the required Dialpad options are enabled, such as:

  • Call recording

  • AI transcription

When these options are enabled inside Dialpad, MoverMate will automatically:

  • Log the call activity

  • Record the call duration

  • Save call recordings

  • Display AI-generated transcripts inside the Activity Logs section

This ensures all customer communication is synced and visible directly within the CRM.


How Call Activity Appears in MoverMate

After the call is completed:

  1. Open the Lead or Job

  2. Go to the Activity Logs tab

  3. You will see:

    • Outgoing/Incoming call activity

    • Call duration

    • Call recording playback

    • AI-generated transcript

This keeps all communication history linked directly to the customer record.
