Movermate allows you to customise your email communication to match your business needs. You can create new email templates, edit existing ones, and remove templates you no longer use.
The Estimate, Inventory, and Invoice templates are system-critical. While these templates can be customised, they cannot be deleted, as they are used by core actions throughout the platform.

This guide explains how to manage your email templates in Movermate, including how to create, edit, and delete templates, as well as how to customise their content.
Steps to Set Up Your Email Templates
1. Creating a New Email Template
Step 1: Click on the Create Template button.
Step 2: Choose a template type:
Visual Template – for designing emails with images, buttons, and layout blocks.
Text Template – for simple, plain-text emails.
Step 3: Give your template a name and subject (this helps you identify the template later).
Step 4: Add your email content by dragging and dropping blocks such as:

Tip: For advanced customisation, you can switch to HTML mode and manually code your email.
2. Editing an Existing Email Template
Step 1: Locate the template you want to update.
Step 2: Click on the Edit button (pencil icon) next to the template.
Step 3: Make your changes in the editor. You can update the content, design, or layout.
Step 4: Click Save when you're done to keep your changes.
3. Deleting an Email Template
Step 1: Find the template you want to delete.
Step 2: Click on the Delete button (trash bin icon).
Step 3: A pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete?".
Step 4: When prompted with the confirmation message, click Yes to proceed.
Note: Unsaved changes will be lost if you delete the template.
Customise the Content of Your Templates
Using the content editor, you can add and customise:
Headings
Text blocks
Images
Buttons
You can also insert dynamic fields (such as customer name, job date, or reference numbers) to personalise each email automatically.
For users familiar with coding, HTML editing is available for advanced design and layout control.
Saving or Cancelling Changes
After making changes:
Click Save to keep the changes.
Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the settings page without saving.
