How to Edit a Customer Details in MoverMate

Editing customer details in Movermate allows you to keep information up to date, including names, contact details, and company information. Follow this guide to make necessary changes efficiently.

Access the Customer List

  1. Navigate to the Customers section in the MoverMate dashboard.

  2. Use the search bar to find the customer you want to edit.

  3. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the customer’s name, or click on the customer’s name to open the Customer Summary Page.


Edit Customer Details

  1. Click the Edit button in the Customer Summary Page.

  2. A side panel will open where you can modify the following details:

    • First Name & Last Name – Update customer’s name.

    • Company Name – Modify if the customer belongs to a business.

    • Email Address – Edit or add multiple email addresses.

    • Phone Number – Change or add additional contact numbers.


Save the Changes

  1. After making the necessary edits, click Save Changes at the top-right corner.

  2. The updated details will now be reflected in the Customer List and Customer Summary Page.


Manage Additional Customer Information

  • Leads, Jobs, Payments, and Invoices – Use the tabs in the Customer Summary Page to manage customer-related transactions and records.

  • Delete Customer – If necessary, click the trash icon to remove the customer from the system.
