In this guide, you will learn how to edit your business information in Movermate CRM. You can update key details like your business address, contact information, and more, to keep your business profile up-to-date.
Access the Business Details Settings
Log in to your MoverMate CRM account.
From the left sidebar, navigate to Settings.
Under General, click on Business Details.
Edit Your Business Information
Once you are in the Business Details section, you will see the information that is currently stored for your business. To make changes, click the Edit button at the top-right of the page, next to your business details.
Update Your Information
After clicking Edit,
You can modify the following fields:
Business Logo: Upload a new logo or change the existing one.
Business Email Address: Update the email address where clients can contact your business.
Business Address: Change your business location if you have moved or need to update the address.
ABN Number: Update your Australian Business Number (ABN) if required.
Business Phone Number: Modify your business contact number (make sure to include the correct country code).
Timezone: Change the timezone of your business location if needed.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made the necessary updates:
Click the Save button to confirm the changes.
If you decide not to save, click Cancel to discard any changes.
Review Your Updated Information
After saving, your business details will be updated and displayed with the changes. Ensure that all the information is correct and reflects your current business setup.
