Overview
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Movermate account. Once it's on, you'll need your authenticator app as well as your password to log in. This article explains how to set it up.
1. Open your profile menu
Click your profile in the top-right corner of Movermate.
2. Open Two-Factor Auth
Click Two-Factor Auth. The Two-Factor Authentication panel opens. If you haven't set it up yet, it shows 2FA is not enabled.
3. Start the setup
Click Set up authenticator app.
4. Confirm your password
Enter your password to confirm it's you.
5. Scan the QR code
Open the authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code shown on the screen.
6. Finish the setup
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the setup.
Tip: Every employee can turn on 2FA for their own account. We recommend it for anyone with full access to your business.
