How to start, pause, and complete a non-job activity in the Movermate Crew App, and confirm the recorded time.
Activities cover work that isn't tied to a specific customer job, for example, packing, warehouse work, or other assigned tasks.
Open an Activity
Go to Home → Today.
Find the activity you're assigned.
Tap the activity card.
The Activity screen can show the activity name, ID, date, address, estimated start/end time, and any additional notes.
Recording Time
Start — tap when you begin working; time starts recording against your timesheet.
Pause — tap when work stops temporarily. If the pause represents a break, it automatically syncs with your active timesheet.
Resume — tap to continue.
End Job — tap once the activity is complete. (Note: the app uses this same "End Job" label for finishing an activity.)
Confirm Your Activity Time
After ending an activity, you may be asked to review the recorded time:
Activity Start
Activity End
Break Hours
Total Hours
Check the details and correct anything before tapping Done.
Note: The recorded activity must have a duration greater than zero. If the start and end times match, you'll need to enter a valid time range before the activity can be completed.
