Searching, Filtering & Grouping Timesheets (CRM)

How to search, filter, and group timesheets in the Movermate CRM - by date, team member, or status - to find exactly the records you need.

Once you're in Time Sheets, several tools help you narrow down exactly what you're looking at.

Search

Use the Search field above the table to find a specific crew member or entry — handy when you're reviewing a large team.

Selecting a Date or Date Range

The date selector controls which records are displayed:

  1. Click the displayed date range.

  2. Select the required date or period.

  3. Review the updated results.

You can also use the previous/next arrows beside the date selector to step between periods.

Grouping Records

Click Group by above the table to organise entries:

  • Group by team member — groups shown under each crew member's name, with a heading showing their entry count and total hours. Best for reviewing hours employee-by-employee.

  • Group by date — groups shown by the date they were recorded. Best for reviewing attendance on a specific day.

Filtering

Click Filter (top-right) to refine results:

  1. Click Filter.

  2. Expand the filter you need.

  3. Select the options.

  4. Click Apply.

Available filters:

  • Status — Pending / Approved / Declined

  • Employee — view timesheets for selected employees only

Click Reset all to clear every active filter.

Note: The main status tabs use the label Rejected, while the Filter panel currently displays the same status as Declined. They refer to the same thing.

Team Member Panel

The panel on the right side of the screen gives a quick summary per employee:

  • Number of timesheet entries

  • Total recorded hours

Click a name to view only that person's records, or select All team members to return to the full list and see team-wide totals for the period.
