Estimate Merge Tags in MoverMate

Estimate merge tags let you pull information straight from an estimate into your emails, quotes, and other customer-facing templates — so you never have to type totals, dates, or terms by hand.

General Estimate Merge Tags

Use these to display individual pieces of estimate information, like the estimate number, date, subtotal, tax, and total.

How to Use General Estimate Merge Tags

Add any of the tags above while creating or editing your estimate or quote-related template.

Tip: Once your template is sent, merge tags are automatically replaced with the real values from that customer's estimate.

Estimate Layout Merge Tags

Instead of adding each value one by one, layout merge tags display the entire estimate — items, quantities, rates, taxes, and totals — in one predefined table or card format.
