Steps to Set Up Your Estimate Settings

Key Estimate Settings You Can Customize
Estimate Prefix
Define the prefix for your estimate numbers (e.g., "EST"). This prefix will be added automatically to your estimate numbers.
Next Estimate Number
Set the starting number for your estimates. This ensures continuity in your numbering system.
Line Items Display
Customise which details (line items, categories, descriptions) you want to include in your estimate PDFs.
Estimate Notes
Add any general notes or terms that will appear on all estimates, such as payment conditions or disclaimers.
Estimate Template Customization
Personalise the design and layout of your estimates, including adding your company logo and adjusting colours to reflect your branding.
Save or Cancel Changes
After configuring your settings, you can click Save to apply your changes or Cancel to discard them.
