Managing your billing and subscription in MoverMate is simple and efficient. This guide walks you through accessing your billing section, updating payment details, viewing invoices, and managing your subscription.
1. Accessing the Billing Section
To manage your billing details, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Profile Menu
Click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
A dropdown menu will appear.
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Select Billing from the dropdown options.
You will be redirected to the Billing & Subscription page.
2. Managing Subscription Details
In the Subscription tab, you can:
View Your Current Plan β Check which subscription plan you are on (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
Upgrade or Downgrade β Switch to a different plan based on your business needs.
Billing Cycle β Choose between monthly or annual billing.
Review Add-ons & Licenses β Manage additional licenses for CRM, Crew App, and Tracking features.
To modify your subscription, click the "Change Plan" or "Upgrade/Downgrade" button.
3. Updating Payment Information
Step 1: Add or Edit Payment Methods
Navigate to the Payment Settings tab under Billing.
Click "Add New Card" to enter a new payment method.
If you need to update an existing card, remove the old one and replace it with a new one.
Step 2: Ensure Your Payments Are Up to Date
The system will automatically process payments based on your subscription.
If a payment fails, you will be notified to update your card details.
4. Viewing & Downloading Invoices
Step 1: Access the Invoices Section
Go to the Invoice tab under Billing.
Here, you can view all past and current invoices for your subscription.
Step 2: Download Invoices
Click on a specific invoice to open it.
Download it in PDF format for record-keeping and accounting purposes.
5. Tracking Transactions & Payments
To view successful, failed, or refunded transactions:
Navigate to the Transactions section in Billing.
You will see a list of all payment activities related to your MoverMate account.
If a payment fails, follow the prompts to retry or update payment details.
6. Canceling or Pausing Your Subscription
If you need to pause or cancel your subscription:
Go to the Subscription Settings page.
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions.
Ensure you download any necessary invoices before cancellation.
Note: Some plans may have cancellation policies, so review the terms before proceeding.
