How to Add a Depot in Movermate CRM

Depots in Movermate are used to define service locations that can be part of callout calculations and pricing automation. Here’s how you can add a depot and configure its details.

Access the Depot Settings

  1. Log in to your MoverMate CRM account.

  2. Navigate to the Settings menu from the left sidebar.

  3. Under the General Settings, click on Depot.


Add a New Depot

  1. On the Depot settings page, click the + Add Item button.

  2. In the Depot Address field, enter the depot's address.

  3. Set the Service Area for the depot by entering the distance (in kilometres) that defines the coverage area.


Save the Depot

Once you've entered the depot's address and service area details, click Save to add the depot.
