Navigate to the Employee’s Profile
Go to the Employees section.
Select the employee you want to add shifts for.
Click on the Roster tab on the employee’s profile page.
2. Click on "Add Shift"
On the Roster tab, click the + Add Shift button.
3. Select the Shift Slot
Choose the Shift Slot you want to assign:
Choose Shift Recurrence
You will be asked if the shift should recur weekly:
If No (the shift does not recur):
If Yes (the shift recurs weekly):
Set the Recurrence Start Date: Select the date when the recurring shifts should start.
Set the Recurrence End Date (optional): If you want the recurrence to be indefinite, leave the end date blank.
Select the Days: Choose which days of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) the shift should recur.
Save the Shift
After selecting the recurrence details, click the Add Shift button to save the shift.
View the Added Shifts
You can view the added shifts in the employee’s calendar:
