Maintaining a detailed ICR (Inventory Condition Reporting) is crucial for tracking the condition of items throughout the moving process. MoverMate's ICR inventory feature allows you to document and update the condition of items, ensuring accountability and customer satisfaction.
Access ICR Inventory
To start working with ICR Inventory:
Navigate to the Settings menu from the sidebar.
Click on ICR Inventory within the Inventory section to view and manage condition reports.
This section provides a comprehensive view of your items and their condition status.
Create a Category
Before documenting item conditions, you need to organize items into categories based on their types or rooms (e.g., Office Equipment, Living Room Furniture).
To create a category:
Select + Add Category at the top of the ICR Inventory page.
Enter a name for the category in the popup (e.g., Electronics, Furniture).
Click Create to establish the new category.
Add Items to the Category
After establishing categories, proceed to add items:
Choose the desired category and click + Add Item.
In the dialog box, provide details including:
Item Name
Dimensions (Length, Width, Height)
Condition (New, Good, Worn, etc.)
Optionally, upload a photograph for a visual record of the item’s condition.
Click Create to save the item with its condition details to the category.
Update Item Conditions
To update the condition of an item as it changes:
Click the edit icon next to the item in the ICR list.
In the popup, you can adjust the item’s dimensions, update its condition, or replace the photograph.
Press Save to apply any changes.
Remove Items
If an item is no longer relevant or has been disposed of:
Select the trash icon next to the item to remove.
Confirm the action to permanently delete the item from ICR Inventory.
Step 6: Review and Search Inventory
On the ICR Inventory page, you can:
Search for specific items using the search bar.
Filter items by category to streamline the viewing process.
Note: This inventory is different from the system inventory. The will be used for ICR proposes.
