How to review, edit, and add time entries in the Movermate Crew App, including how to assign unassigned gaps to a job or activity.
Opening Detailed Time Entries
From the Time Sheet screen, tap the main elapsed-time counter to open Time Entries, a more detailed breakdown of your day. At the top you'll see CLOCK IN, ELAPSED, and CLOCK OUT. Below that, the summary shows:

Understanding Work, Break & Gaps
Work — time recorded against jobs and activities during your shift.
Break — break time recorded during your shift, whether started from a job, an activity, or as an unassigned break from the Time Sheet screen. Synchronized breaks aren't counted more than once.
Gaps — time between Clock In and Clock Out not currently assigned to a job, activity, or break. If you clock in and don't start anything for a while, that stretch may show as an Unassigned Gap.
Reviewing Individual Entries
Time Entries lists everything chronologically. Each entry can show the job/activity name, ID, start time, end time, and duration. Use the three-dot menu beside an entry for available actions.
Edit a Time Entry
Find the entry.
Tap the three dots (⋮).
Select Edit Time Entry.
Update the Start Time or End Time.
Tap Save Changes.
Managing Unassigned Gaps
An Unassigned Gap shows its start time, end time, and duration. You can allocate it:
Assign Job — tap, then search/select the job the time relates to.
Assign Activity — tap, then select the relevant activity.
Adding a Time Entry Manually
From the Time Entries screen you can also add missed entries:
Add Job
Add Activity
Add Break
Select the option and enter the required times — useful when something was completed but not captured correctly by the live timer.
Today's Activity Log
Today's Activity shows a chronological history of events during your shift, such as Clocked In, On the Way, Job Started/Paused/Resumed/Completed, Activity Started/Paused/Resumed/Completed, Break Started/Ended, and Clocked Out. Each entry shows the time and relevant job/activity info. Tap View All for the full history.
Daily Breakdown
The Daily Breakdown pulls all of this into one easy-to-read summary — jobs, activities, breaks, and unassigned gaps, each with its time range and duration. Break entries show which job or activity they relate to. Your timesheet's timezone is displayed alongside this section. Review it before submitting to make sure your day is recorded correctly.
